Listen,regardless of who you think is going to win,I can dam sure as hell guarantee it will be a close fight. Closer than the Hatton fight,that's for dam sure. Danny hasn't lied,Cotto is bigger,stronger,hits harder and is an established WW. None of those thigs canbe said about Hatton,so don't use the Hatton fight as a barometer for Miguel's possible success/failure v Floyd. I think Floyd would win but he would have to fight until the end,that's for dam sure.

That is an excellent question. Cotto was widely celebrated for a late stoppage of Judah, and a close win over Shane. That is very respectable. But, in my opinion, Cotto needs to earn his bona fides with a win over a peak guy.

Miguel's Shane win is roughly equivalent to Floyd's Oscar win.

If Cotto beats Williams, Cintron and Margarito, There is no way in HELL Floyd would face Cotto.
I say Cotto needs to fight these guys and forget about Floyd. We already know Floyd is afraid of Cotto. Floyd will do the same thing he did against Margarito and Floyd will look for an easier fight.

The more i think about Mayweather V Cotto the more i believe PBF would pick him off all night long and win a lopsided UD! I think Cotto would be an easier fight for PBF than Hatton was.
I am a Cotto fan by the way, i just think Floyd will be to fast and to good. Cotto had trouble with a 36 year old Mosley so somebody tell me how Cotto is going to beat a prime Floyd?
