Witter needs to fight PM and prove he is the best man at 140 IMO untill then i dont think he should get a Hatton fight!

Seriously I think he should fight all the current 140 champs and try and unify the belt then call it a day. Witter, Malignaggi and Torres have the belts, and he should go in that order.
