It is a mystery. I have an underactive thyroid gland which means I put on weight easy, don't work and do F*** all for 23 hours a day. I bought a rowing machine and since August have been using it 3 times a week and I've dropped from 12 to 10 1/2 stone.

It is simply amazing to me how a professional athlete can manage to have any bodyfat at all
