My standards weren't all that high to begin with. (At least I didn't think so). Maybe it's just because I'm desperate (I don't act desperate, but that doesn't seem to matter in this case. There are 13 yr. olds who get to make out, and here I am at 20 and haven't gotten to yet. I'm worse off than Sneaky...)

Someone also suggested a guy named David Deangelo, but unfortunately his advice is not free. They say he's good but you have to order all of his books, but I don't feel like taking a risk on something that might not be what they say it is.

Good luck bro. I used to listen to a guy on the radio named Tom Leykis when I was working. He was pretty outrageous, but he actually had some excellent advice in regards to getting laid. Check out his website.

My all time favorite pet peeve (and I have many of them) is people who act like they are better than everyone else. They are usually the yuppie slime who get coffee at Starbucks, drive expensive cars, have expensive homes, have a maid service, have a nanny for their sh*t a** kids, think they can do no wrong, etc., etc.

How about people who bump rap music in their fucking cars so loud that the only true distinguishable noise in the trunk vibrating....yeah I'd want to "bust a cap in someone's ass" if I listened to that crap all day too

In the UK, we pay 'Council Tax'.

This is supposedly to pay for services such as police, fire, emergency rescue, bin emptying and for your local council.

For some reason, the amount you pay is based on the value of your house (so everybody's houses are put into a Band (A,B,C,D etc) and then the charge is levyed. Apparently, if you have an expensive house, you have more fires (!!?)

Anyway ... over the past years they have halved the bn collections, I haven't seen a copper around for ages unless he is holding a speed camera, and the local council are useless. What has become clear is the council tax has become a method of keeping council workers final-salary pensions topped up .... using the money taken from private sector people who have all lost their final salary benefits and are all at risk of losing their jobs.

So, my question is ......... since the value of eberyone's house has dropped by 15% or so over the past six months, can we look forward to a re-evaluation of Council Taxes ??

(stop press- govt announce inflation at 2.5%, interest rates at 1.29% ......... and council tax rises at 6%)
