There's a rumor Khan's next fight will be against Alex Arthur - on a December bill headlined by Nicky Cook. Surprising?

3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
Oh come on Ono he is a cocky shite and you know it are you forgetting his BS about beating Floyd Mayweather Jr in a 4 round bout ? or his other ridiculous comments ? and as for Witter and Paulie who likes them on this forum ? they getting hated on constantly and have the piss taken out of em all the time so im not sure what your getting at there.
Amir Khan proved muslims dont drink . . . . . Saturday night he didnt even get a fu**ing round in !!!
I don't see how anybody can think that Khan is going to be successful in future. As soon as any top lightweight hits him on the chin he's going to collapse like a folding chair (Spicoli's excellent description of the KO.) In any fight with any world class fighter he's inevitably going to get tagged on the chin and we're going to see the exact same result. As time goes on and he gets physically bigger he's going to have even less punch resistance than he does now after having to make 135 for future fights. His career is now just a question of how well Warren can do to keep the punters coming along to watch him against nonpunching tomato cans. Every time he takes a step up anywhere near world class he's going to get flattened again. As far as his world championship aspirations go, stick a fork in them.
I'm not so sure he is cocky. He's confident. If he believes he'd beat Mayweather in a 4 round fight then fair play to him. He wouldn't....but still. He has belief like every other fighter. You can't dislike him for being cocky when Mayweather is one of your favourite fighters surely?
As for Witter there were shit loads of Witter fan boys on here before he got his arse handed to him by Bradley.

I don't really like Floyd Mayweather's attitude outside the ring but i know its all BS because he always give his opponents respect after the fight but im more a fan of skills than personality Ono.........
I understand about being confident im always confident before i fight but i don't have to shout about it and let everyone know i just keep it inside but thats just my opinion everyone is different Ono.
Stop putting Ono on the end of every sentence.
Your Jedi Mind tricks aren't going to work on me this time.....ICE
Yeah suppose he's not everyone's cup of tea. Each to their own and all that. Just surprised that a few more Brits would rather see him brutally ko'd than be a world champion. Maybe they are going for a realistic approach![]()
There has been a thread on here before that brought up the jab that staggered Khan, that would be a huge concern. Those of us stateside that saw Prescott vs. Abril, saw that Prescott's punches are in fact not the most damaging. I don't know about you, but If I was Prescott I prolly wouldn't want to fight Khan again unless there were huge amounts of cash involved, instead I would use it to try and negotiate a fight with Katsidis and move towards to the top of the division.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
I'd like to see him go and make Roberto Duran's career at lightweight look average. I really don't wish any British fighter to get KO'd (apart from Fraudley but come on, who didn't) but let's face it he's got no chin. Predicting what will happen anytime he fights in world class -- obviously he's going to get KO'd again -- is not the same thing as wanting to see him KO'd, it's just a rational reaction to the fact that he's got a glass jaw.
I'm still backing him Ono, he's an exciting fighter to watch and is young enough to bounce back. He needs to work on his defence but he's by no means done. He can still be a world champ, there have been plenty of fighters with weak chins who have won belts, a lot will depend on Frank's ability to pick the right opponents.
But I really hope he does it, he's probably the most exciting fighter in the uk and with Hatton and Calzaghe soon to retire we need him to do well for the good of british boxing.
