if your posting a picture from photobucket or any other image hosting site you have to copy and paste the IMG code. You can find the code once you've clicked the picture.

If you are trying to put up a picture you found on google images or yahoo images or any other site. You click on reply like your going to post something then you copy the address of the picture from the browser bar click on this button

it has a moutain with a sun, then a pop window will appear then you paste the address into that screen. Click "Ok" and the picture will appear.

You can also post pictures from your PC but the size is limited and it's a pain in the ass...
