im surprised no one entered V Klitschko on a list, 36 stoppages in 37 fights.
one might think he hits harder than Rocky, Tua, Shavers ect...

That's the way it is, not the way it ends
Compared to Tyson or Foreman Klitschko is a bum. A nobody from South Africa knocked him out in the second round. I just cant recall the guys name but it will come to me
Tyson at his best, in his prime was the most exciting boxer ever to enter a boxing ring, and I include all weight groups in that statement, he was the most exciting to watch
(are you the Nameless from the Philosophy forum? just curious)

Corrie Sanders looked as if he would be more at home on the golf course,he did not 'look' the part of a legit Heavyweight threat. But he had solid hand speed and was a hard sharp hitter......that was Wlad Klitschko that he sparked out in two round....he came no where close to KOing rock chinned Vitali though.
One thing I will never deny Tyson is his power. But harder than Foreman? No chance. Tyson was sparking decent HW fighters (not great), old greats (Larry Holmes) and good LHW's (Mike Spinks).
Big George was smacking ATG's such as Frazier and Norton all over the ring and the only men of that quality Tyson fought were Holyfield and Lewis and though he never really landed his very best stuff on Lennox he did get Evander with some great shots and Evander just stood there. I don't care how great Evander's chin is he wouldn't have stood upto Foreman in the 70's, Hell he struggled with the old man.
Mike tyson has to be right up their but George Foreman and Earnie Shavers were massive punches its a tough one to call really because nobody really knows.
Alan of South Africa, Muhammed Ali is not deserving of a spot on a list of the hardest hitting heavyweights...sure he beat Foreman and Shavers BUT just because you can punch doesn't mean you can take a punch.
That quote right there makes me wonder if you are in your right mind. Ali and Norton?!?!?!
Ali 56 wins 37 KO's
Norton could not even KO Scott LeDoux...while he has 42 wins and 33 KO's but he never KO'd anyone worth a damn.
Marciano had 49 wins and 43 KO's
Patterson was a light heavyweight and his KO of Ingemar Johannsen was down right SCARY.
As for your comments about Wladimir...he hits harder than Ali ever did.

That's the difference between their types of power
