Love or hate the IRS they have insured a lot of big fights end up getting made

Good one Van That's awesome if true what a great fight I really don't think size is going to mean a whole lot in that one but do think Floyd will win but no doubt about it this is going to be one of his toughest fights in his career.

I think Floyds speed and power at 144 will undoubtedly ring JMM's bell, Floyd dosent offer to many counter punching opportunities and even though is the bigger man will let JMM be the agressor potshotting him on the way in and picking off most of what Marquez gives him... I agree JMM's heart, determination and will is something of legend that will test Floyd at a whole other level... I think Floyd will let him tire out, cook him and get him out of there about the same time he got Hatton out of there.

I love both guys as you all know, but my loyalty is with Floyd all the way, but will be torn the whole time

OH MAN! So many people told me this fight would never get made when I mentioned it to them. I'm happy I get to rub it in their face but I don't think Marquez gets a win here.

    2) Were does Floyd rank all time if he beats JMM and then Pac, will he shut up all of his naysayers once and for all and solidify his legacy as this generations best fighter.. Better than Jones, Calzaghe, Hopkins, Pac etc. ?

    3) Will Hatton Mayweather be any different a second time around if Hatton pulls off a victory of Pac
    1) P4P, if Manny beats Hatton and Marquez beats Floyd, they should just have a dual best fighter in the world. I'm pulling for Marquez but I think Floyd will be too good.

    2) I would give Floyd all the credit in the world, but people will still judge him for not fighting "real" welterweights. All the best fighters will have their haters.

    3) Absolutely not, Floyd beats him any time they meet in the ring. Maybe darts?

The interesting caveat here is, Floyd's not a real welterweight himself so I dont really put any reverence into the whole Floyd hasnt fought or wont fight a real welterweight...

It's still unclear which division they're gonna be fighting. I'm not sure everyone will be happy is this happens at 147.

Not sure the size matters, Mayweather is no natural 147pounder either, and he doesn't use size anyways.

Default JMM-Mayweather general considerations and questions

My 2 real worries though are : 1) the weight. 143= a bit too much for JMM, it should have been more like 140-141 to my opinions though 143 is better than the 147 but still.... 2) the judges. I mean, everybody is talking Mayweather-PAcman, I am REALLY scared it’ll influence the judges for the rounds that will be tights, we don’t want Marquez to get screwed for a huge potential PPV, he’s been ignored enough and really didn’t receive the credit he deserves, I don’t want the fuckin’ media attention to condition peoples that JMM is just a stepstone and nothing more!!

2 other details I would like to have an idea on: which gloves are to be used? PLease, no fuck** Winning (aka pillows), it would nullify JMM’s power's advantage. Second, what kind of ring? a supersize one that will advantage once again moneyboy for his movements on the ring or a smaller one that will provide more action and less place to hide? Anybody know anything about these aspects?

I recognize that I never pay attention to these details, except the weight of course.
My only concern is: PBF will be a bit rusty?

Well, with that one I should, normally, hit the big 100 Thus said, I am certain Mayweather trained and sparred a lot lately in preparation for the bout, he's not the kind to stay really inactive. But I definitely think that the ring size and the gloves can play a significant role in the end.
