Not only was it brutal but scary as hell!
I thought....ooooh...Pacquaio finally did it...he killed someone.
Good thing Hatton is ok.![]()
Hard to watch on replays but mesmerizing at the same time.Hope he can rebound.Perfect short-shot counter. Not being a smart azz here...but anyone notice how Hatton fell directly onto and covering the 'star' portion of the 'Rockstar' logo.Just useless obsevation....reminded me of Rahman layed out in Lewis rematch with the king Crown logo atop his head from above camera.
it could have been far worse...

I am by no means a Floyd Nut hugger, and most of the time you'll find me hanging shit on him.. And have even found problems with him in the ring, but anytime I question that, I go back and watch his ability, and whether or not he actually met some of the top guys at 147, he was the best fighter at 147... Sometimes you can't have the showdown to pick who is better out of 2 fighters.. It's better when we do, but purely on performance, Floyd was as Elite as they come...
Hopefully he can come back and hasn't lost anything, and take those fights at 147 against Pac, Mosley, Williams, and anyone else he needs to fight to prove in the ring he is the best guy at that weight....
Some can judge a fighter the best by HOW they fight, some can only judge if they are great by WHO the fight...
I hope Floyd takes some fights that convince the latter, what the former are already convinced of...
And I hope he hasn't lost anything so there's no excuses..
~ He thinks he's a Tornado,,,... F'ckn real Tornado is comin'...! ~Hidden Content
I have seen some brutal KO's and yes Hearns V Duran was brutal and so was McCallum V Curry. The Pacman's KO of Hatton is up there with some of the most devastating KO's in World Championship Boxing history.
Lennox-Rahman II
Nonito-Vic
Tarver-RJJ II
Lennox-Tyson
That left that finished it reminded me of a golf club swing, had some great power and accuracy behind it.
Looking at Saltys sig.
I was quickly reminded of Casa-Kats that was devastating.
