Filming of The Fighter (The Micky Ward Story) is filming in full force here in Lowell MA. The Lowell Sun has a website devoted to all events, pics, etc associated with the film. Interviews with Micky, Dicky, past trainers etc.

A couple of the locations for the interviews take place at The West End Gym in Lowell and at the Golds Gym/Boxing Club in Chelmsford.

great stuff bud.True warrior but man he could box also,especially early on.Rewatched his first stepping stone belt win...usba against capable Pete Taliafero lastnight.Quick Tko but he had a slicing jab and nice movement.
