I'm taking Kessler he has the most well rounded skills, power, and experience combo.
I not saying he's the most skilled boxer, or fastest or strongest. But he is the most overall solid in all categories combined.

For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
Kessler wins it all, though he loses once along the way. I actually think each fighter will lose at least once.
Yea i agree, i can't see anyone going through unbeaten. Its a tough ask, not just due to the level of opposition but the relentless nature of it. There are bound to be gruelling battles along the way, which even the winner will suffer from. Then they have no chance for a softer fight or a long lay-off, its straight back in (4 months or so) to another hard fight.

At fight i was goin for Froch but now thinkin about it he could easily be outboxed and was against Taylor until he got tired and couldnt go on.
I believe that the punchers will be the ones to win the tournament not the boxers so i will go with Arthur Abraham as he is more well rounded that Froch.
Arthur Abraham is my pick.
Well it's a tough one for me, I'm a huge fan of the Cobra so can't go against my man, BUT I agree with Amat (he will be pleased) in that Andre Ward is my favourite.
He's not a big puncher but he's simply too good a boxer not to win rounds, and if his chin and toughness hold up I don't see how the others beat him.
Abraham relies on overpowering his opponents later in the fight, if he can't overpower Ward he loses, simple as that, Ward will just bank too many early rounds.
Froch will need to KO Ward to win imo, and I don't think that's likely.
Ward to me is more seasoned than Dirrell.
Against Taylor, I think Jermain will be mentally beaten by the time such a fight took place, he may not even continue in the tournament if Abraham does a number on him, Green may yet get brought in imo.
Kessler is a tough fight, but I honestly don't see anything that special in Kessler. He's a very solid and tough guy with good fundamentals but I don't see him as some kind of superstar in the making. Ward has home advantage and I think he will simply outbox Kessler and win a fairly comfortable decision. Kessler is solid, but he's not scary at all. Nobody will go in against Kessler with fear in their eyes, he's not a huge KO guy, he doesn't ruin fighters, he hasn't got Floyd Mayweather skills or Manny's speed, he's just solid, an elite fighter with a good gameplan will beat him, just like Calzaghe showed. I think Ward has the potential to be an elite boxer, and I think he will outbox Kessler. If he finds a way to negate Kesslers jab he wins the fight imo. Kessler doesn't have monstrous power to worry about, so its not like Ward will be walking a tightrope, he will just outbox Kessler in a reasonable entertaining fight.
I honestly think Ward wins every single fight and is declared a superstar by the end of the tournament.
I would love Froch to win, and if not him Taylor, but these two simply have too many weaknesses. Froch cannot KO everybody in this tournament, and he may need to if he's going to win it, and Jermain although he's great in flashes and I think could upset Abraham simply isn't consistent enough to put in a winning run against fighters of the calibre that are in this tournament. He's going to become a train wreck at some point.
So, I side with Ouma and Amat in declaring Ward the winner.

well full disclosure I've put myself down for Andre Ward and Andre Dirrell and am giving some consideration to Kessler.
I'm gonna go with Taylor.
Not because i think he will win but because i want him too.
I’m picking Kessler just because cheating is not allowed; my second option would be Ward.
I think Kessler is the best of these guys, but wouldn't mind if Froch could do well.
Saturdays going to be HUGE.....any sign of Wacko and his RBRWould be a great series to mark a return!
If Ward wins the super 6 I'll change my name to 'Twinkie' for a month
I know juzz because a boxer is a puncher it dnt mean his gonna win but this tournament is based on points...my point begn that the punches have higher chances of winnin by KO and KO wins are worth more points therefore gettin ahead in the tournament.
i dnt see what people see in Ward hes not that good ok so he can box and his a lil fast but hes hasnt been tested yet at least not with boxers lik the ones in the super six.
Abraham wont make it out of the first round? You gotta be kiddin me Bilbo.![]()
