Why is Dawson fighting Johnson again?

The first Dawson - Johnson match was actually a very good fight and a close one also. I scored it a draw.

The Tarver rematch was a joke, It only happened because Tarver had a rematch clause in the first fight contract.

Johnson is the only fighter HBO would approve. So it Dawson want to make the big bucks, he has to do what they say.

Which makes me wonder why the hell he had to fight Tarver again :P

Tarver invoked the rematch clause he already go his ass kicked but wanted a second helping I guess
I think Dawson & his team were trying to avoid Johnson but couldn't get a bigger fight

To answer the original question, i actually have no idea. I guess there are some who think johnson actually won the first fight. I don't see how but to each thier own. looking at the first fight and judging it by each round dawson won clearly i think, but if you look at the fight as a whole i still don't see it but maybe i guess. Johnson will do what he always does flat footedly follow dawson around watching him throw shots (landing or not) throw a couple back loose the decision and then cry about it. What else is new.
