I don't how anyone can hate Pacquiao.

Not only he is a super nice guy but his style is crowd pleasing and he faces and beats the best fighters.

Every top fighter has his die hard fans that feel their fighter can do no wrong... Thats part of every sport... Thick and Thin, no matter what stand by your guy... Without those types of fans where's the passion??

Respecting fighters does not equate to passion...
Enjoying the sport does not envoke passion...
Having a favorite fighter does not create passion...

Having an unwaivering commentment to support your favorite fighters develops true passion... Thats what makes sports so much damn fun... When they fall, you fall, when they succeed you succeed...

Some people will never experience that, and so they will never understand why "nuthugging" is healthy for the longevity of the sport..> However it can get annoying...I won't argue that... IE Mayweather fans...


Pac gives his fans more than enough reasons to support him all the while staying completely humble...

PBF gives his fans nothing but a record and some God given talent, but as person he's as low as it gets... IMO of course

People can hate whoever they want, for most of us its cartoonish hate, I hate Wlad Klitschko in a kind of pointless abstract sense, I definitely don't wish any harm on him, far from it, where if you truly hate a person in real life maybe you do. Its sports hate, its not real, for most people, cough, Miles.

But seriously interrogating people about why they "hate" a certain fighter and then telling them they shouldn't is obnoxious and annoying. It was insufferable when Mayweather fans used to do it and its insufferable now when Pacquaio fans try to do it. Embrace it, hate somebody, slow down, take life easy and pray that the one you hate gets caught on the wrong end of a controversial decision and then laugh at his fans.

i'll just like to add that pac gives back what he earns from boxing to the people. the throngs of poor people in line waiting on manny's doorstep when he wins a fight are all been given money or goods by him. when i say all i mean all.

The Hate and the Love aint real because most fans never interacted with that fighter. Floyd came to the gym I train youngsters at a couple years ago and he was the most respectful, polite, real fighter to interact with the youngsters. He was beautiful towards the trainers, fans, boxers but he wasnt to nice towards the media people which made them paint him in an asshole light but he was and is a good guy. On the other hand one of the most disrespectful fighter to come to the gym that the media loved was Anturo Gatti. He smelled like alcohol, called women bitches in front of the youngsters and is a wife beater but the media liked him so they painted him in a good guy light. Got mad at the kids when the media wasnt around. The media dictates who is to be hated and who is to be liked based on their relationships with the media. Gatti was an ass but got Love. Floyd was nice and respectful toward fans,kids, but got Hate. GO FIGURE.

Sort of like inserting a metal fork into a blender here....but I thing some of his more trolled up followers actually like to drape that 'hated' moniker on him....when in actuality its the farthest thing from the truth.As a fighter he's outstanding...but his huggers leave much to be desired as 'fans' and do Manny a disservice.
