Agree completely however with hornfinger. If haye was a yank there`d be a queue of americans on here now singing his praises through the roof
does make you wonder what a stiff left jab would do with Hayes low lead hand...and btw they were calling Ruiz a dirty fighter before last nights fight, funny that. I also agree if Haye were american they'd be kissing his ass.

.....not I madam! I do not root for such fighters. I do not base 100% of my opinion on nationality alone. I take into account fighting style, personality, and couth.

OOOPPPSSSS...My mistake forgot the division we spoke of...

Well man up and fight a Klitschko...

I wonder How Haye would have done against a Prime Tyson?
The last time Ruiz was stopped was against Tua wasnt it? So Haye is only the 2nd to stop him in how many years?
Ruiz is a tough SOB make no doubt's abt it...I was surprised at the stoppage...Hell the Tua KO loss Ruiz was caught cold in the first he did not even have a bead of sweat on him so that played a big factor on the 1 punch destruction.....

Haye is still a twat....Now we have to endure his sissy pictures of one movie or another where he uses a scene to add himself into and uses a super imposed Klitschko brother as his victim....

If Haye would shut up and do more fighting I would actually like the guy...Instead of trash talk then when it comes time pull out of the fights...

Yeah I would have to say...James Tillis was faster then Haye and a P{rime Tyson for sure

That really annoyed me aswell, haven't they ever heard of.

    Mike Tyson
    Larry Holmes
    Evander Holyfield
    Tony Tubbs
    Herbie Hide
    Corrie Sanders

Were all faster than David Haye.

unsure why there is so much bitterness towards the brits! although if we had fat(fast) eddie as our number 1 heavywieght we would be upset too

well done david, yet more doubters eating their words
Have some rep because I can see it will more then likely be the only you ever receive here......

Save the poor Brits being picked on shit for what ever hole you crawled out of....

No one here says Brits are just lucky/fighting bums etc....

I agree, they were gushing over Haye.

I also think it is stupid to compare Ruiz to Ali, when talking about the potential of Ruiz being a 3X WBA champion.

Ali was a 3x undisputed world champion, and the wba title is like a minor title. And one of Ruiz's title reigns came when Lennox Lewis was THE undisputed heavyweight champion.

#1 Like that is a surprise

#2 I found that quite humorous....you have to mention Holyfield in there too

#3 Ruiz has NEVER been considered THE Champion....Chris Byrd had a little time as THE Champ but it ended quickly
