If I heard correctly, there's a rematch clause in the contract. So if Floyd loses, they get the option for an immediate rematch. But Shane does not have the same clause. If Shane wins, we'll end up seeing Mosley vs Mayweather II.
just woke up (an hour earlier than planned). know why i woke up? i was dreaming floyd dropped shane. by beating him to the punch with tight hooks. HOOKS! on the inside.

i dunno, maybe cause i couldn't sleep so i watched mayweather-DLH before falling asleep(see what i did there?)

Hey! I want to get in on this thread BEFORE the fight. Only a couple of hours (or so) till fight time, and I'm raring to go. I'm having some family and friends over, and I can't wait... it should be a hell of a fight. Well, at least I'm sure Mosley will try to make a fight out of it. I hope Floyd comes to fight as well. I'm rooting for Mosley to pull out one more big fight and knock Floyd's swelled head clean off. Mayweather's got the speed and some admittedly awesome boxing skills, but Mosley's got the power, and savvy of a veteran who's been around, especially in tough fights. Mayweather has always been more concerned with looking good, and this could be the night that his precious "0" gets taken from him.

    Go Mosley!!!!!

I only slept about 4 hours last night, just couldn't seem to drop off properly. I am well excited about this fight, but I have learned from Pacquiao/Hatton not to get too excited. I can't see that happening again though...go Mosley!

Seems like we had more faith in Mosley than he did in himself...

Yep, it was a bit sad to watch from the 4th onwards. Mosley looked old and couldn't seem to get his punches off at all. It was a good win for Mayweather, but I think even the likes of Collazo and Berto might have been competitive with the Mosley we saw today.

He should retire or have a final farewell fight. He's done it all anyway and doesn't need to carry on.

It was very sad to watch.

The expression on Mosley's face said it all.

I never expected him to quit on himself like that.

But who am I to judge?

Still gotta love Shane. I do.
