A much fresher Marquez couldn't avoid hitting the deck against Pacquiao at his natural weight class.. I think even if his recouperative powers hadn't waned remotely he would get stopped here, the extra weight clearly lends to Pacquiao.

No, he won't.
He could get knocked out bad and that could be his last hurrah.

That's the way it is, not the way it ends
Nah I dont think Marquez will go out like that. He will want to go out on a high so if he loses to Pac he will go back to lightweight. They are talking of Kats - Burns winner.
Hard to imagine Marquez being knocked cold but I cant see Pac outboxing him either. I think Marquez is at the age now where his reflexes will be slow so Pac will pepper him and end up brutalizing him round after round until its stopped.
I agree with all that and its probably the way it will go,but I reckon Juan is the better boxer. If he has done his homework and has really thought this out we may see a totally different style of fight from him. He may look to break up the timing and counter in between. He get caught when goes right at it so he may adjust for that in this last fight.
Steroids don't always make you win!!!!!!!!
War El Dinamita!!!!!
I dont know about that.
Seems unlikely.
I'm a Marquez fan but why anyone on here would actually want him to win this fight is beyond me.
If Pac loses then any hope of the biggest fight in a generation getting made disappears. Pac has to win, I'll be gutted if he doesn't.
I've already looked into flights for May 5the on the off chance this pipe dream becomes a reality.
Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.
We are talking about the greatest Mexican boxer of all times here. He's the best there was, the best there is, and the best there ever will be.. in the words of Bret the Hitman heart..
That's wsup..
