Career wise, Wlad gains nothing by beating haye again.

Vitali's record is not going to be in dispute if he does not face haye.

Last time around Haye had a strap(3rd rate belt), he does not have that luxury of a bargaining chip this time around.
Smug, cocky Haye does not sell a fight as well after his no show against Wlad.

You could argue Vitali fighting Price would net as much cash as a fight with Haye.

Fighting Wlad's older brother because he got resoundingly beaten by Wlad is not as enticing as a unification bout.

After Haye stint in the Jungle he can hardly be called a credible opponent for either fighter.

yeah klitschko dont need haye at all.. esecially since wladimir beat him so easily it's not going to make them much more money than they would get anyway and haye would possibly demand a bigger cut than other klitschko opponents so i doubt taking haye on just now would be that big of a deal to the klitschkos... also it wont do anything for vitalis legacy as if he wins he will just have beaten a guy who lost easily to his younger brother and then won one fight .. :S haye hasnt done enough since losing to wlad to make the fight worthwhile

if haye wants to make the fight happen he should take on some contenders and get famous on american tv... the klitschkos would love a big fight in america i think

why won't Haye fight another top heavyweight when he could fight two top heavyweights and make the same amount of money he would make against Vitali? don't you want to see him in against a Pulev, Adamek, Price, Fury, Chambers etc.?

I would like to see it but it won't happen because of Hayes Ego. He would muller everyone mentioned except Price who could probably knock out Godzilla, King Kong and Bonnie Langford all in the same night.

Honestly Vitali doesn't seem to be completely dedicated and focused on the sport ... I think he wants maybe 1 or 2 more fights and wants to retire on top. Ironically he's heading towards the same exit from the sport as his "rival" Lennox Lewis ... Klitschko fans have for nearly a decade continued to berate and blast Lewis for "running into retirement" in "fear" of a rematch against Vitali. Who would've imagined that Vitali would be going out in the same fashion ... by refusing a fight with David Haye ... someone that he verbally agreed to fight. So does that mean that both Vitali Klitschko and Lennox Lewis "ducked" their way into retirement?

Haye brings a massive UK fanbase. For the Wlad fight - Haye brought the PPV from the UK (where all the money is). Plus HBO from America and around 150 countries bought the fight. It was the highest watched Klitschko fight ever on German TV.

They split around £30 million quid (Klitschko's biggest ever payday by a million miles).
