Thought Luis smothered the power of Redkach and won the fight. It was close, but aside from when Redkach was hurting Luis, he was losing rounds in my opinion due to being bullied and outworked.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"

I agree, I was not scoring this one but my feeling was that it was a close fight.
Judge's score cards are a mystery to me once in a while, but this time they all agreed that I don't understand what I'm seeing. LOL.

One of the Shoebox crew said that Thompson was ambushed and I find my self agreeing. A surprising thing to say about a boxing match.
The first round was close, but it appeared that Galarza had some exploitable holes in his game. He was slower, came straight in without much head movement and was missing some.
Galarza rushed out in the second, threw one right hand that had Thompson wondering what his feet were doing, pursued Thompson back against the ropes and landed a left hand that crushed Thompson.
When Galarza's left landed Thompson slumped to his knees, bent at the waist and fell straight down on his forehead.
It was the most unexpected KO I've seen since Marquez vs Pacquiao.
The best way to describe it is to say Thompson was crushed from ambush.
Watch it when you get a chance, you'll get that ambushed feeling too.

Yeh I agree. It was as sudden and swift a ko I've seen in a long while. It wasn't nearly a Lloyd Honeyghan ko Bumpus basically on his stool 'ambush' but ambush was a great description...brick out of a dark alley. Actually felt bad for Thompson. He was literally left in a folded up heap, just brutal.
