Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Floyd's a bigger draw. Always has been, always will be.
Well his superior global following still couldn't boost his PPV numbers anywhere near Mayweather's.
Worth considering...both fighter are all ready all time greats. But...
1. If PBF wins...his rep improves but not dramatically...and not nearly as much as if he had beat PacMan a few years ago. The latter, imo, would've skyrocketed him onto to shortest of shortlists for all time greatest boxer (arguably #3, after SRR and Ali). But now, he has little to gain.
2. If PacMan wins...his rep skyrockets b/c he becomes the first man to vanquish the undefeated All Time Great. He then enters the aforementioned shortest of shortlists.
The risk/reward is there for Pac. But for PBF, he has more to lose than to gain. The fight may not happen for that reason.
I don't know about "eat him alive" but there is no doubt in my mind that Floyd would win.
When it comes to money Floyd doesn't need Manny. As long as he is Arum bitch the fight will not happen. Manny is the loser in all of this.
