Taylor is no longer elite. But I don't think he's totally shot. He's passed all his medical tests. I think it's a 50-50 fight

Not a complete shell yet, just don't see need to push it with him showing stiff legs and eating clean shots. I'd jump at a shot also, but Taylor is on memory, a good right hand and huge pride alone I think.
