And it tells how if he did he could be charged with a crime only because he doesn't tell. And he has never shown on a test that he uses It. Now if you have a brain you realize it will not be out of your system if you use it fight night. So he would fail a test if he did. But he has never failed a post fight test. These guy must obviously be competent strength and conditioning guys, that's why. If they were purely PED experts, they wouldn't need to be in anyones limelight, and none of us would have heard of them. Hell, Nonito Donaire was one of the first fighters to volunteer for the full VADA testing, and even after that he hired Victor Conte, the absolute king of PED's at one point. People who really understand how athletic performance works will probably have a better idea of what substances might help it, there's nothing inherently shady going on here. If athletic commissions actually cared about cleaning up the sport they could just mandate comprehensive and random testing.
