No they are not but why let facts get in the way of fiction for Brock.

The IBF has ordered Derevy/ Jacobs. I really don't see Jacobs taking the IBF route, he tends to avoid those 2nd day weigh ins.

If I was fighting Jacobs I would insist he make the 2nd day weigh in. It should be mandatory.

Why should it be mandatory? Either have same day weigh in or don't. IBF has, so if he fights for the IBF he has to weigh in again. If he fights for any other belt they don't change the rules. The rules are the rules. They don't change depending on the fighter because you want them to.

Getting to where weigh ins are the after thought with some high level. Is there any doubt regardless of what Jacobs (*Or enter A side name here) weighs same day that the fight will go on, and so goes the food chain. They'll toss in a 20 percent penalty and disallow from winning the trinket but show goes on and the network will shake it's finger. Some guys seem to train that into fight night, come in heavy to not drain down with intention of moving up or 'big' show win being enough.

I think Derevyanchenko has a great chance to Pirog the last Jacobs we saw in the ring.
