Turkmenistan is already picked. No to Kurdikstan I guess I'll let it go a litle longer. One of them sounds quite a bit like Kurdikstan, but the spelling is far enough off to reject it as an answer.

After whom was the Spanish city of Barcelona named ....... and what is it's historical connection with the city of Cartagena?

Ok I'm thinking Barcelona was named after Fernando Barcelona, the famous Spaniard.

I am not sure of the Cartegenia connection. Maybe something to do with The Moors?
