The Lion would win, their a pack or family animal that fights for dominance and the females, Tigers are solitary animals who sneaks up on his prey just like a female lion. A solitary male Lion is the same to a point but they have to fight each other to take over a pride of females, they need a woman to take care of them and hunt for them as they lay in shade waiting for dinner, similar to us, but a male Lion is made for fighting not hunting like the Tiger. And the only Ligers I know of are in captivity so the Lion wins again.
