Yeah, I see the shit hitting the fan with this....

But, I have to look at who is more hungry atm...Mora is a good fighter, dont take that from him...I feel the last fight between himn and Manfredo was a close fight, but a win for Mora...

I see people comming on here talkin about Manfredo like he is the next thing....Well Mora beat him twice...Once was a clear win the second was close...And now people are saying that Mora doesnt have a chance

Yeah, I am a coach and yes, you will see me say things that dont look right, but thats just what I see from my angle...

Just read a little bit more though, I only based that off of how JT looked in his last fight with Winky...

I am still waiting to see if he corrects his faults he has...More time with Manny should do it...

Thats why I made seperate decisions for seperate situations....

    Good luck,

    Coach

The man is entitled to his opinion on the subject. Manfredo is very exciting fighter to watch. as is Sergio Mora . We will see as these guys step up in competition what they will become, its way to early to be calling these fighters bums. Everyone's got to start somewhere. IMO.

Sergio Mora had the flu the second Manfredo fight. And Mora can be hit with left hooks but Jermain has shown he can be hit with everything.. I think Mora's angles will give Jermain trouble.

I have to admit, I was laughing my a$$ when I read this story. Ever since I was watching the contender, I was thinking to myself that all those guys wouldn't hold a candle to the middleweight champ (which at that time was B-Hop).

Now I read Mora versus Taylor? I'll admit, I was rooting for Mora during the contender season 1 because he was the only one who actually boxed his way to win fights. But against Taylor? I'll admit, his last three fights were all controversial finishes, but the fact is, he did enough in the judges eyes to win those fights. And that's against two of the best pure boxers in the sport today. I don't care how doubted you are if you can get past B-Hop's experience and defense, as well as Winky's piston-like jabm, you have to be good.

I'll admit, especially against Winky, JT didnt look to sharp. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for this one, since it was his first fight under the tutelage of Emanuel Steward. Hopefully, we can get a better read of his true skills in his next fight.

But if its against Mora? Then the Latin Snake is in for some Bad Intentions, nuff said. JT via KO

I think this fight if it happen will be one of the biggest suprises of 2006.

Not saying Mora will win but he will make it a very awkward fight for JT.

I seem to be the only person on this board who actually likes Mora, but I think the guy's got heart, he's fast and slick and he's always prepared to take it into the trenches.

His two weaknesses are his lack of punch power and his susceptibility to cuts.

I think Taylor could split his face up pretty bad and that the fight will be called off due to cuts but Taylor ain't knocking Mora out.

Mora will give Taylor real problems for the first few rounds at least. I can even see him being level or maybe ahead after 6 or 7 rounds.

Taylor should prove too strong in the end but it wouldn't suprise me at all if it went to a decision, and a Mora upset isn't outside the realms of possibility,

Hahaha, people are actually thinking Mora could pull this off?, I'd be very surprised if Mora isn't KTFO.

Well, as much as that is true to an extent...

Mora isnt Winky Wright, Mora is the Latin Snake....And his movement in the ring can produce some serious problems for JT, who didnt appear to be moving to well in the Wright fight....

Alot of you knock the fact,,,But, I think of Mora as a very good puncher, not with power, but from angles...These angles are what coaches love to see, because it throws opponents off of their game when they cant hit their target...

I know JT will get some shots in, do I think he'll beable to knock Mora out....Nope!!

If this fight is stopped early, it will only be due to a cut...Mora has a good chin and has shown to beable to recover well from good clean shots...

All in all, I believe this will be a good fight for both fighters...

For JT, to see how he deals with someone that can move like Mora...

For Mora, to see how well he deals with a Champ and the power that JT can bring...

If it goes the whole fight, look for an upset...or a controversial verdict....

    Good luck,

    Coach

Good chin maybe against some, but Taylor is known for his power, 5th round KO for Taylor.

Sounds like a reasonable test. Just checked his record on boxrec, lost only twice although they were to real journeymen, but has a win over Luis Ramones Capos and got Elco Garcia out quicker than Vernon Forrest recently.

This is a more realistic progress fight for Mora, who remember has only had 18 fights.

I think he could go a long way, a title shot in the future is certainly not out of the question.

I like Sergio, I really do. I'm suprised people don't appreciate him more as he's a real Gatti style fighter. He always looks battered after a fight, bleeding from all over his face, and usually ends up getting pounded on the ropes for a couple minutes per round before coming back with 15 -20 punch combinations to the body.

I've seen all his Contender fights, plus his post show Shark Attack bout and you have to admit he is exciting to watch. He's never boring.
