You know liberals always bluffed about leaving if W was re-elected...I am not joking when I say I will move if THAT person gets elected.

You think W is cold blooded Hil at the wrong time of the month....yeah it wouldn't be safe to be a white man anymore...Thanks a bunch Bill
The Clinton administration was one of the most progressive and positive administrations of the 20th Century. Took care of a pitiful budget deficit, created lots of jobs and even got a little action in the Oval Office

Reagan did better...ended communism, won the cold war, took out Noreaga, made people proud to be American.

Clinton did ok but the main difference between him and W is that Bill was very personable, W is not. People would rather listen to blatent lies than a bumbling idiot....yeah that's what I said bumbling idiot.

Clinton did have his troubles though: White Water, the NUMEROUS sexual infidelities (which is why Hilary would be very dangerous to elect) , the "Wag the Dog" war in Bosnia, the failures in Somalia...except when he got in trouble he'd stop those things...W just keeps at it figuring "even a blind squirrel finds a nut sometimes"

I think you'll find the people in those countries did it themselves. They've done wonderfully from from capitalism, cheap beer and all their women work as whores.

I think that the Pope John Paul had a lot more to do with ending "the cold war" than Reagan, although Reagan's spend-all-you-can policies did have an impact on putting an end to the cold war. Reagan never defeated Communism, and in many respects supported rogue states that were merciless dictatorships with arms and money. Reagan was nothing to be proud of.
Clinton is a brilliant man. George W. Bush is an absolute blundering idiot with a particularly embarrassing speach impedement. He's a fuk up to the emph degree. He is smart enough to realize that all War is profitable and it's a fine way to stimulate a floundering economy.
If you would like to read some great text on poor administrations, I highly recommend 'On War' by the brilliant historian, Howard Zinn. That book will knock your sock off!

    maybe then

we wont get as many obese whinging kids

nooooo they've made it so that parents can be lazy

They've made "Parental control" and "you have to be this old to play a game" and "censorship on games because you might kill someone"

I guess they think we are so stupid nowadays that if we don't like a program we're watching or a game we're playing we aren't intelligent enough to take it back to the store. Parents need to get a little more involved in the lives of their children.

C'mon Lyle. I think I know you better than that. It's going to take a lot more than an unwinnable war and 2 assinine political parties
to galvanize a completely apathetic population to do something good for the country.
However, I do agree. Alternatives to the 2 party system have to come into 'serious play' very soon!

Yeah I'm not big into Politics but I follow it somewhat on the news and what not. Honestly I think the U.S. is just goin around in circles with the two assclown parties we got know. We really do need the rise of 1 or more new parties. It's about time. Also Bush better not get us into wars with N. Korea and Iran, or if he does he damn sure better not try to occupy them and rebuild them and all that nonsense. Too many young people are getting killed in Iraq every day as it is.

    N. Korea and Iran are just posturing...they want to get better deals with the US as far as trade and if not anything else they just want more respect.

The War in Iraq is just a fault of us not sending enough troops, we all knew it was going to be easy to take the country but never thought about how hard it would be to hold the country together.

One thing I dislike about the US is that they boogeyman all of Europe and anywhere else people might want to visit I can't tell you how much I heard "The people in France will hate you because you are American" and "it's dirty over there" and "the women don't shave and no one showers".....uh BULLCRAP they were very nice and the people in Belgium are nice too. The women were goregeous and all shaved as far as I could tell, pretty much everyone showered but it was 90 degrees with no AC, of course people will smell. The main idea to get across is there are assholes everywhere but there are also nice people everywhere too.
