See what happens at the weigh-in tomorrow, but I still favor Casamayor.

I picked in the prediction contest that Corrales would win and I'll be sticking with that pick. But I want Casamayor to win. I would love to be wrong in this fight. Especially now

Has anybody heard about the second weighin? I thought it was at noon.

After Castillo came out and looked much stronger the second fight, I started to get a little suspicious of how hard he really worked to drain the weight. It will be interesting to see how Coralles looks.

The only shots that effected Corrales by staggering him in the second fight was the counter shots that landed very flush.  And that was a perfect left hook that would have knocked out anyone imo.

I was also shocked that Castillo was faster. Somebody posted the second fight around here somewhere.

But Corrales did take the shots better in the first fight, even some good counters. Now is that because of maybe wear and tear on Corrales from the first fight or Castillo being stronger? Maybe a bit of both. That being said the knockout punch was a perfect punch, the best punch landed by Castillo in either fight.

Either way I thought Castillo noticeably looked stronger, quicker, fresher in the second fight from round one on. That wasn't apparent the first fight.

Because Corrales' gameplan wasn't to stay in Castillo's chest the whole fight in the first fight, it just happened to turn out that way. His gameplan in the second fight was to make it live up to the first, thats a factor I think to why Castillo looked better, because Corrales tried a different game plan and had a different mentality.

Not so sure that I agree with that, he was in Castillo's chest from the first minute of the first round of the first fight. He would switch it up a little bit at times but he seemed more than willing to fight inside. Plus he and Goosen talked a lot about how they didn't want to box and move against Castillo early cause it would waste energy, they wanted to get off to a fast start, make Castillo work so he wouldn't come on strong late like he usually does. Plus they talked about how they thought Chico was actually better on the inside than Castillo.

But Corrales's aggression and I don't know how to put this.  Looked smarter in the first fight.

Castillo looked his best in II, as OumaFan just said, "fresher."

Diego looked confused and his punches on Castillo looked as if they had less impact as they did in fight I.

And yes, Goosen and Deigo PLANNED TO STAY IN CASTILLO'S CHEST in the FIRST FIGHT.

Caught Fans, Showtime Commentators, and Castillo by surprise. The element of
surprise defeated Castillo. In the next fight Castillo came PREPARED for a war,
too OVERLY PREPARED, he came in over the mandatory weight and ready.

yeah I get that. So basically you mean that Castillo changed the gameplan as if Corrales was going to try to fight exactly the same way as the first fight. And what beat Corrales is that, he did.

"Casamayor one is throwing at Corrales two.. and Corrales three slugs it out with Casamayor four!! It's pandamoniom!!"
