I predict a lack of stamina and speed..probably a bit better than that of Danny Williams but not enough to keep pace with Sergei(his only shot is a power shot.. Only way he can win fight is through hopeful knockout)

Lastly does it occur anyone else that Shannon has been juicing(Steroids..and I am not ignorant of the stuff so my claims are not made in ignorance)
I mean he started out in his boxing debut like at right around 210

and at his peak(lets call it his peak) he weighed 230 against Lennox Lewis. He now weighs 270 pounds. 40 pounds lean body mass between that fight and now and 70 since his pro debut.

Thats a lot for any fighter(HELL any person in general) and especially since it is all semmingly muscle.
Lastly I have read people reviewing his fights where they have mentioned he had backne(acne on back)...which is a uncommon sight for 34 yr olds who ARE NOT on juice....but is a common sight for juicers
He's definitely taking HGH. It's also obvious from looking at his hands

Briggs is juiced to the bone.

Well here's Shannon's weight fight to fight from the last time he weighed 230 from 2001 to this fight, mind you this was Shannon Briggs when he was underachieving before the McCline fight

    246

    251

268 against McCline where he was very out of shape

    took a year off

    250

    258

    260

    264

    258

    261

    257

    253

    262

    269

    273

and he's 268 for this fight which means he came down in weight.

Yeah seems like a juicer to me

Now that I've ended sarcasm. Shannon was a very lazy fighter and much like Bowe would blow up between fights and decide to not do any roadwork or anything and would be like a fat tub of goo in the ring, recently he has been weight training with that fat and it's become muscle, it's VERY possible. If Shannon weighed 230 a fight and then 268 of pure muscle his next then I would agree with you, but this is over the course of 5 years. Thats a lot of time.

In one year Holyfield put on 12 pounds of muscle to fight Bow again for a rematch and he was in his 30's as well. It's not impossible.

On to the part I bolded..

Was that just a major opinion? What the hell? You do not put on muscle after 30 in the sport of boxing? Where did you go to weight school at

    That IS bullshit

Bernard Hopkins went from 160 to 174 of pure muscle in 6 months AND HE IS 41 YEARS OLD!!!!!

So where did you get that nonsense from? And "Especially in the sport of boxing" getting hit in the head doesn't stop you from gaining muscle Like they say in boxing no matter how much wear and tear is on you, you can always be physically prepared, but mentally not be. So gaining muscle after 30 doesn't have shit to do with if you're a boxer or not

Do you have an article of some sort?

Because it's funny you would say that.

Real Sports, did a story on Bob Sapp maybe a few years ago. And They talked of his football career the "Whammy in Miami" play in college and his NFL career and quick exit from it and I'm sure if the reason he got kicked out of the NFL was for steroids, then I'm very sure they would have said it. But the reason given that he got kicked out of the NFL was because quite frankly.. in the NFL, he sucked!!!!

Of course if you can put an article up about how he was kicked out because of steroids I will gladly agree with you on that.
Are you ever not online? I come on this site for about 15 minutes a day at different times of the day and get a responce from you within 10 minutes.

Oh no, Starrs "Hous Alarm" went off, time to wake up grab a glass of milk and respond with another 10 pages of selected facts.

Hopkins struggled to make weight, he walked around greater than 172 anyways, it wasnt difficult for him to weigh in at 172 its different than a HW. Like Baldomir walks at 180+ but fights at 147, its not the same as putting on 40lbs of muscle in less than 4 years by any means.

You will look like such a moron if Briggs test positive for steriods following this bout.

True. And I didn't have to help him look like a moron. He did it with the "its hard to stay in shape past 30 in boxing" comment

He's definitely taking HGH. It's also obvious from looking at his hands
Where di you ever come up with bloated hands from HGH?!?!?...he may be using something like I said on another thread legally obtained methylated stuff like superdrol, halodrol, etc... but HGH makes you thinner not bigger basically giving you the metabolism of an 18yrs old...
