I think he just wasn't in good enough shape cause he actually stated out pretty good and then all of a sudden he stopped punching.

You guys aren't real Emmanuel Augustus fans if you think he let you down.

Thats what it feels like when your fighter loses. BUT E-man never gave up and had his moments, albeit short moments. He never gave up. Kid D was BUSY as hell, fantastic conditioning, landing hard quick long range punches. I seriously have a feeling he trained for Augustus, ha, his showing was brilliant. 2 days notice, Augustus has done it before, but he seemed a little off and Kid D seemed WAY ON. You can't diss on someone who shows heart like that.

Oh he gave up, on winning at least. He survived and showed balls in gettin up from that knockdown. BUT he stood there, and took punches he could have easily avoided. He never implemented his puppet style even when he knew he should have and was losing. He gave up on winning the fight, never really tried, and fukin embarassed himself. It was his worst effort in years. If he were serious bout movin up the rankings, bein somebody, and he knew he wasn't prepared for the fight, he should NOT have taken the fukin fight. Fuk the small to mediocre purse he got.

Taking it on two days notice is commendable, not the other way around.

Give Kid Diamond CREDIT !!!!! You act like Augustus took a dive! heheh
Augustus has had A LENGTHY AND DRAMATIC career, who's known for his unbreakable will.

About KD, If you can't see that that was a Masterful performance, then you don't know how it looks like.

Emmanuel HAS to look for fights, he HAS been ducked for so long. Ducked in that he needs an HBO type matchup. Kid D was that opportunity opponent, and he got his notice, E-man KEEPS IN SHAPE, so HE TOOK A CHANCE. He lost. Then Augustus congratulated KD for his win, like a sportsman.

Your no fan of Emmanuel if you leave him now. No fan I'd like.

Yes, I'm such a poor excuse for a fan. Like for instance I'm a Hopkins fan, and when everyone was doubting him and picking Tarver to wihp him, I picked Hopkins to win. When everyone said that even Badi Ajamu was going to KO Roy Jones Jr., I stuck by Roy to win and he did. When my boy Mayorga got beaten up by Oscar, I stood by him, and still do. You on the other hand make excuses for Augustus in a fight that he didn't even try to win, and its obvious he didn't try. You are no fan I'd like. A delusional condescending one. How ya like them apples?

Give it up on Kid Diamond man! Zab Judah, he's tight, I'm a fan too. But Diamond? He's a one dimensional little punk, fukin liar too. Claiming that he made Floyd Mayweather quit in sparring a couple years back, and challenging him to a street fight. Plus claiming he knocked down Cory Spinks in sparring. He's so full of shat. Nate Campell thrashed him and I was damn happy to see him do it.

I thought his decision over Casamayor was the worst Joel's ever been shafted as well, although it's close between that and Freitas.. Castillo fight really could have gone either way.. Also interestingly enough Casamayor imo may have been gifted a decision of his own over Nate Campbell.. Nate can be a great fighter when he shows up.

Oh he lost to Nate Campbell. Nate beat both he and Kid Diamond's asses. Diamond got it worse than Casamayor though, much worse. Sucker quit with less than 30 seconds left in the fight. Cambell is a bad ass when he's on. Ever see his rematch with Tiger Martinez?
