He never would of made it back in if it wasn't for press row. That fight should of ended in the first round. Benn was given every chance possible and than some. The ref pulled McClellan off Benn so many times it was ridiculous. And for no reason at all but to give Benn time to recover. McClellan was not going to leave England the winner. Not matter what. It was going to be prevented. This was a straight ambush. If Benn was any kind of man he would not consider this a win.

At least get your facts right before you go building huge conspiracy theories on top of them.

Referee was crap, but if there was a fix in place it was for the G-man to get rid of Benn.

Having watched the fight, I don't think you can cast any aspersions on what sort of man Nigel Benn is.

I was having a pop at VD who regularly regurgitates bullshit and parcels it up as wise words (or, at least, 'street slang' that he saw in a movie somewhere).

So you just made a mistake about the press pushing him back in (big deal, I make bigger mistakes than that when I post, I'm sure). VD however had decided that on his planet that constitues a conspiracy and that G-Man really won in the first - a barmy proposition if ever I heard one - and Benn is somehow inadequate as a human being.

Hey I have seen it your way on this subject in the past I have disected it pulled it apart looked at it morally and maybe I have took this "1" paticular fight personally, but the fact still remains alot of shockwaves have taken place and lives got seriously impacted because of it... All could have been avoided.. I maintained that 100000% regardless
