There is a suspense/thiller called The 4th floor that I think everyone should check out. It stars Juliette Lewis and the guy who went on to play Jigsaw in the Saw films. Among others...

.....I have seen the moving Fire Walk but in the state I was in I couldn't very well comprehend it as good as I could have otherwise.

It was difficult to follow, like what the fuck happened to the 2 FBI agents that were there in the begining?

4th Floor eh? I may have to check it out....Unknown also sounded pretty neat.

Anyone got anything to say about The Devil's Rejects or True Romance?

I can't vouch for Devils Rejects ...True Romance is a very good movie.. you will enjoy thoroughly I would think ! Also notice how in shape and bad Ass James Gandolfini is in that movie ! Action from the gate !

Try Memento, a really really cool, thought provoking film. A guy has lost his memory, his wife is dead and all he has are clues written all over his body. He has to piece these together to work out what happened. Can be confusing at times but it adds to the fun.

Watch Battle Royale,a Jap film.Very violent! Basically kids in Japan have gone out of control so the Jap government passes an Act which allows them to place these troublesome shits on an island, where they have to kill each other, Only 1 trouble maker may survive. Genius!

I have over 300 films so I'lllook through them later. Any particular films you are looking for?Like martial arts?

Martial Arts are ok...I'd rather have lots of guns and gory violence.

But then again I like lots of different genre's: War/Westerns, Action, Comedy, Drama, Sci-Fi, Horror, Film Noir, and so on.

I have heard some good things about Scanner Darkly but then again the whole film is like those fucking Charles Schwab commercials

I'll tell you a movie that I thought was really kick ass many years ago like 1980 or 1981 ...its kind of a Sci Fi Horror type thriller... called "Scanners" ! now don't let the age of the movie turn you off. It refreshing to go back and watch movies from the past without all the cheesy computer generated special effects. netflix it mate, give it a watch ! you will enjoy .

I have heard about 'Scanners'....you ever notice the Sci-fi flicks that use actual real life effects such as models and so on seem to last better.....like Star Wars for example.

I just got back from the store, I bought True Romance (hell of a lot of great actors: Gary Oldman, Val Kilmer, Denis Hopper, Brad Pitt, Christopher Walken, written by Quentin Tarentino.....great list can't wait to see it).....I also bought the CLASSIC film Full Metal Jacket!

I want to own as many Kubrick and Hitchcock films as possible....great directors!

Once Bluray or HD-DVD take over the market DVD's will be dirt cheap. I know this is some years off but when it happens I will be scarfing up a few thousand or so...
