In Las Vegas on the night before De La Hoya-Mayweather, 2000 Olympian junior welterweight Francisco "Panchito" Bojado (16-2, 11 KOs) will return to the ring for the first time since a split decision loss to Jesse James Leija in 2004. The 23-year-old Bojado will face an opponent to be determined in the Grand Ballroom at the MGM Grand Conference Center.

Colombian Dairo Esalas who's (28-10-2, 23 KOs) will be opposite Francisco "Panchito" Bojado who's (16-2, 11 KOs) on May 4th in Las Vegas. Esalas, is coming off a ten-round split decision loss to Dominican Edgar Santana. Bojado has been inactive nearly three years since a 2004 split decision loss to Jesse J. Leija. Esalas is an experienced veteran who has fought in Australia, Colombia, Mèxico and US rings against recognized opponents like Josè Luis Cruz, Terrance Cauthen and Nafouel Ben Rabah.
