I want my fighters to know when theyre being set up for it,or how do save their ass with it when its needed
They do it against eachother for real,Ill kill em,and they all know that

Meh,he took an elbow at your head on purpose,the rules have allready been relaxed,dont sweat it.If I was your trainer,and I saw that,Id have either stopped it there to ream the guy out,or laughed my butt off at the body punch
Let me guess,it looked like a normal hook,then at the last second,it cranked over in to an elbow?

He was throwin like a right straight and i swayed back slightly but the elbow caught me so in that respect i guess its mos likely to have been intentional.
Sparring since then iv bin a lot less lenient with him, and although i no its only sparring im making sure to land 2 or 3 hard punches each round :P

Thats not only intentional,thats freaking blatant.
If your going to do that type of crap,at least try to hide it
