Mike Tyson why do people hold him so high

Berbick had been koed in 1 round and lost every round to Holmes and had perfect style for Tyson to beat him and didn't really try and fight back.

Spinks was crapping himself and was natural Lightheavy and yes i'll say it again because everyone knows they were gifts vs a fading Holmes 2nd one was robbery and he didn't even come to fight vs Tyson it was a joke of a fight.

I really don't know where to rate Tyson his best performances lasted only 3 rounds combined thats not enough on how good someone is and fact of matter is no one really and truthfully came to fight against Tyson only Tillis and look how much trouble he gave Tyson yet again BIG H you can't really say how good he is because most of his opponents rolled up and give up before fight even started name one fighter except for Tucker but he went into defensive shell after 4 rounds but anyway name one fighter in Tysons reign that came to fight ??

Prime Tyson was the best fighter in history,go in to your local park and shout Ali or shout Lewis ,or shout Holyfield etc etc no dog comes run in you shout Tyson you get a pack of dogs run in to you,how many people you know who have a dog called Ali , Lewis , Holyfield etc etc the answer no one, how many people you know who s dog is called Tyson?loads thats the answer. In his prime every one watches a tyson fight even people who was not boxing fans .he was awesome.

You not once mentioned why he was the best you just come out with this all time yet never back it up people talk about Tyson not really because of his skill mostly because of his controversial behaviour.

Thats where your wrong BIG H i have never called him ordinary i think he was great hw i don't think he is ordinary at all but in his championship reign everyone was scared of him and his opponents just went into defensive shell and didn't actually fight with offense most of the time.

Tyson had skills don't get me wrong. He was fast, powerful, and had really good defense. A tyson displaying those same skills struggled against tillis and im saying i'm using that as my foundation for saying tyson would be ebaten by ali or any other big heavyweight with a great jab. And dont say thats an unfounded statement because that was tyson at his best.

I meant now because as you say yourself most of his talent in 80s gets diminished because of his controversy in and outside the ring.
