Quite simply, he has faced more champions and former champions with better records than any other fighter on the p4p list, and has been doing it consistently over a number of years.
I just look at him after the Castillo fights, and there is just not that top upper echelon level there. Soso, N'Dou, Corley, Bruseles, Gatti, Mitchell? I'll give him his last three (Oscar, Baldo, Judah). I'm not saying he's not great, but there seems to be this perception that he fought all the toughest opponents out there. Except for his days at 130 it's just not the case.
