Nice finish but Khan needs to face someone who has some power as Lawton only had 4 stoppages in 20 wins.
My homie Rob. What's up? How you been? Answer this question for me if you can. When is Con going to step up the competition level? What are they hiding? Besides a weak chin that is.
    Alright Bleed,
Things are good apart from looking for a stream for the Pacman fight.

Khan is big money for Frank Warren and Warren is gonna keep Khan in cotton wool. They said he struggled to make weight for this fight and I'm pretty sure that old Frank will give Khan a WBA Super Lightweight titleshot against his other fighter Gavin Rees.
Rees is only really a lightweight, is short and has no power but he has a 'World' title. I'd bet money that Rees vs Khan will happen next year.

If they had an organization and handed out WBO,WBA,IBF, and WBC belts for pissing people off and getting under people's skin, VD would be the undisputed, hands down champion of the world. Damn you got some good one-liners

Honestly, you guys are like vultures on here. I dont understand all the hate towards Amir kahn and can i sense a hint of racism in your comments. Now lets look at the facts, Amir is a 20YR OLD BOY who just knocked out a 31yr seasoned pro. Now youre all saying "who the hell is Lawton" well Lawton is the same guy who took your Hero Thaxton to the 7th round and had to retire because of a cut eye, if it wasnt for the cut eye i could see the fight going the full 12. Now im not saying Thaxton struggled with this guy but as a comparison in the 2 fights Amir was way more impressive and totally dominated this guy unlike Tahxton. Even lawton himself said at the end of the fight that Amir would beat Thaxton and as he has fought both of them ill take his opinion over you "armchair judges" on here.

I dont know what you expect from this kid after his 14th fight, and i know Amir talks big with his "i wanna be world champion before im 21" but thats just him being enthusiastic and without enthusiasm where would we all be? Hes a 20yr old kid with the dream of being world champ which every fighter probably went through at that age, so let it be.

Another talking point is Amir's chin which seems to be the point of most of your hatred towards Khan. For gods sake did you see where khan got hit and how he got hit?? I know willie limmond CANT punch for shit but if any fighter is cought on the TEMPLE its is going to scramble his senses. After watching the replays today Amir didnt get hit by 1 punch but 5-6 FLUSH punches after the 1 to the temple. Many less fighters would not have recovered from that and would be out of there, so you cant say he hasnt got a chin. I think it looked far worse than it actully was because of his balance, if he trully was badly hurt you would have seen it in the next round but his legs looked strong and came back to knock the chap out after recovering his senses. (but the jury is still out on that point)

Finally to be perfectly honest you guys on here prabably wouldnt be happy if they put Kahn in with a prime Mike Tyson for his next opponent, you would come up with some bogus escuses as all haters do. Now please just support this emerging BRITISH talent with brown skin (which i know many you find hard to deal with) as he is one of the most exciting fighters to come out of Britain for a long time (ex Hatton, calzag etc). In my honest opinion i can see khan beating Thaxton easily maybe in 2 fights time and can see him going on to be a world champion one day if he is brought along steadily.

I just dont understand the hate towards Amir and i could be wrong but can only see it being because of his skin color! Why else beat down a upcoming British prospect and cheer for lesser fighters?

You need to read the thread again pal. The only person trying to bring skin colour into the topic is you with this shit...."Now please just support this emerging BRITISH talent with brown skin (which i know many you find hard to deal with)"

If you read the thread you will get your answer why people are not sold on the lad. All boxers his age have ambition but are not lucky enough to get the type of exposure he gets. I don't think he is half as good as the media, Amir himself and the majority of the British public thinks he is.

    I must be a racist

    Actually its
    A) Because of his white promoter
    B) Because of his spoon fed opponents

I'm not certainly not playing the race card but i will never understand the amount of hate that Khan gets. You got ppl who cant wait to see him get KO'd just to see the reaction of his family!!

Khan is being stepped up nicely and since he will be facing Earl next so I really cant understand why ppl are complaining about the level of opposition at this stage of his career!!

Thanks, thats exactly my point. Not all BRITISH boxers are lucky enough to get the coverage Amir does, so when a talent comes along like Amir who is lucky enough to get media exposure we shouldbe supporting him all the way. I cant remember the last time a BRITISH fighter had so much media coverage like Amir does, so shouldnt we as a nation be fully behind to show the rest of the world we have some world class boxing talents?? Forgods sake look how long its taken ricky hatton, calzaghe to be recognized as genuine p4p fighters as they have been slagged off all there careers by people like you guys. Mayby if khan gets enough coverage it will rub off on the rest of our fighters??

Did i here you say spoon fed opponents??, jesus christ the lads 20 years old, what the fuck do you want. Hes on his 14 pro fight jeez. If Amirs been fighting spoon fed opponents who has your Hero Thaxton been fighting?? you seem to forget that Lawtons last fight was against Thaxton!!! Thaxtosn British champ so the real question is what the fuck is Thaxton doing fighting Lawton?? like i said before you woudnt be satisfied until they throw him in a cage with some hungry siberian tigers!!!

Finally the race issue i throw in is absalutly genuine, after reading threads on this forum after the willie limmond fight and on bbc and a few others, a large majority of people were disgusted that Amir khan had a british flag alongside with his home nations flag , paksitan. What is the problem with that, is he not allowed to show support for his mother land?? I dont get your hatred towards him, hes a nice, down to earth lad whos representing this country, hes not cocky or arrogant so why hate. Remeber " THE SKY'S THE LIMIT NOT THE LIMITS THE SKY" so, so what if hes ambitiouse, if man kind warent ambitiouse where would we be? you could kiss the flag on the moon good by!!

Making 2 accounts ?? well like i said just a minute ago shut it you muppet.

I love these people who bring skin colour into it and make it a racism issue one of my favorite fighters is mexican skin colour is not an issue to me i just don't think Khan is anywhere near as good as the hype and he was knocked down by a feather fisted fighter and has shown major flaws now if you want to act like an idiot and call people racist for thinking Khan won't be world champion and that his last opponent was a joke go ahead but i seriously think your way out of order.
