This is a terrible match that shouldn't be made.

I doubt that it's Enzo's fault he's fighting a bloke who's only win in the last 4 years was against some who'd lost 6 of the last 8.

The WBO should be kicked up the arse for ranking Sellers.

I would have looked forward to Maccarinelli-Wilson, guess it was a risk/reward problem

Sellers-Thompson was fun but how long ago was that? Even then he was a bit shaky.

Enzo has spoken with the press on the forthcoming matchup, he has been quoted saying "This is the man who could beat me." He has expressed his nerves going into the fight as he feels that Sellers may well have the tools to beat him!

Is he genuine in these sentiments or trying to publicise the fight?

Probably just to publicise it. Though sellers can bang, and he might get lucky.

Enoz needs to get a big fight next though. We'll wait and see if Preme is right, perhaps they are waiting til Enzo is not on an undercard to get a real opponent. Probably makes more sense for the promoter to get two big nihjts than one, also makes senese for Enzo to attempt to unify when he's in the spotlight, rather than just a starter before the main course.

But still doesn't take away from the fact that Sellers hasn't remotely earned this shot.

Perhaps it is the undercard issue, when I spoke with Enzo earlier this year the one thing he emphasised was how much he'd love to headline a show at the Liberty Stadium in Swansea, and I'm pretty convinced that he could get many local fans out to support him there.

He's forever mentioning that! I guess it must be a boyhood ambition.
He's a truely nice chap, ive met him on two occasions and he is the most receptive and friendly professional boxer i have ever met.

What would have made more sense that Sellars would have been a rematch with Lee Swaby. I know he's not in the same class, but Enzo could avenge a defeat that would make his record faultless. Even this, would have meant more than fighting Ezra Sellars.

True enough, I'm sure Swably would be glad of the opportunity and Enzo would be glad to wipe flaw off his record.

The only problem is there is no roof onn the Liberty stadium.

He deserves to fight in Swansea instead of Cardiff to get a decent crowd.

I went to his last fight at the C.I.A and it was only half full. It seemed that even Gavin Rees had more fans there than Enzo.
