That was wrong, huh?
As a fighter...Mora deserves more respect, huh?

Not really. To me, Mora is like the son you have who you think will grow up to be a lawyer but turns out to be a drug dealer. He is just a huge disappointment to me. After he won the Contender I expected him to do big things and yet he has down next to nothing. I mean who has a 7 year boxing career and hasn't even been in a scheduled 12 rounder? And he isn't even moving up competition wise, he's pretty close to moving backwards. I know that he was suppose to fight Ouma but then the card fell apart, but are you telling me that Ayala was the highest level of competition you could find on short notice? It just seems like he is too comfortable beating up on low level fighters, while calling out big names. Let me know when he is ready to swim in the big boy side of the pool, then he can get some respect. For now, it seems he is content to stay in the 4 feet deep water with one of those inflatable turtles you put around your waist.
Well to defend I'd say he was preparing for someone Ouma who is a completely different style of anyone else you could face and Ayala isnt even close to that so Mora probably had to adjust a lot.
When Ouma and Mora face each other all the questions will be answered good or bad
The draw with Ayala has already answered all questions
Like Pavlik's fight with Zertuche answered all the questions?
Yes! When all else fails stop 'em in eight!
Seriously though...the Taylor fight answered a lot of questions...but the Miranda fight answered more for me.
He proved that he could get around a good jab against Taylor.
He proved that he could take power & match it power for power against Miranda.
To go even farther back...he proved that he could work through experience when he stopped McKart.
While many discount McKart...he is if nothing else a pit stop for talent. McKart has been there & seen pretty much everything with some of the most experienced fighters out there...in doing so you gain a bit from McKart due to the fact that he does have & can fend off some serious abilities.
While that might sound like a goofy statement...look at it like this...McKart went the distance & toe to toe with Phillips, Wright, Bunema, & Simms...none of which gave him the issues nor had the devastating results that Kelly did.
While McKart is/was a title holder...he wasn't for long...but he was game opposition that had little to no answers for Pavlik & lasted only 5 or 6 rounds. That says something for Pavlik.
