I'm 5 ft 7 1/2 and currently weigh 10 1/2 stone thanks to 3 months of solid rowing. I was almost 12 stone in August when my Concept 2 arrived.

I want to get down to 10 stone or 140 lbs then rebuild with muscle, getting to 11 stone ideally.

I'm 33 now so reckon if I would have boxed as a youngster I would have been a bantamweight or super bantam, then moving up through the weights up to light welter.

So basically I could have been a 6 weight world champion...........what a waste

I'm 5'9'. When I first started boxing I was a Super middle weight (77-78kg I think). About 5 months after I had got down to Welter..Lost a wee bit of muscle but saw dramatic changes in bodyfat! (I can pretty much make my body do what I want it to do. I'm quite disciplined with diet and cardio etc). I'm going to make my amateur debut hopefully early next year at welterweight. I'm about 71-72 at the moment though.
    Can't wait

I'm 5 ft 8 and about 170lbs so at the moment i would be light Heavy. I reckon if i shed a few pounds and drained myself out before a fight i could probably make welter possibly even Jr welter.
