i would recommend martial arts as it teches you more than the hands, if you are a good boxer youll beat 85% of the public but the other 15% who can take you tpo the ground will destroy you. 4 is simply better than 2 but any hand to hand fighting is helpful if not used for attack.

As this thred started saying, get some training, work hard, and remember there is a fine line between confidence and arrogance.
And hold your head up, and back straight. You don't look like a victim, and it seems that girls like a guy with confidence.
And just because you get some training, doesn't mean you can whip someone that can fight, but it may get you some respect. Don't be a little bitch, if your smarter than the guy who is bulling you, don't point that out to him.
I say that because years ago when I was in school, there was this this kid who was one of the smartest kids in school, ( U know the type) who used to complain about a friend of mine being a bully. Fact was he got beat up because he didn't know when to stop. Running your mouth isn't always the way to go.

Dont forget Alfonso S Gomez was bullied too. The Chicano Gang members would mess with him until Gomez began to box and learn how to fight. Then Gomez went out and would catch them when they were alone and not with the gang and call them out. They stopped messing with Gomez after he began kicking peoples azzes.

Ali began boxing cus some one stoled his bike.
