I'm light heavy. Can go to middleweight with two months rigid exercise. Last time I had a rigid exercise, I weighed 150 lbs.
Last time I had some rigid exercise my wife got pregnant.
Yeh, you went out running and somebody else went round and nailed her

6'1 185. I could get down to 170ish if I was in intense training.

    I'm 5'10" & 152lbs.

Who was saying they are a "stocky 5'11" @ 150lbs"? People offer me food all the time like I'm starving or something...

I train properly everyday for running and rock climbing. I Could cut down to about 140 any day, but I fancy myself a 135er. What I wouldn't give to step in the ring with Paulie Malignaggi for a fight.

Greatest regret 4 me? Never getting to step between the ropes. I shadow box a lot, that's about it 4 boxing.

and yea it was me lol i don't have to starve myself to make 150, don't have to kill myself on workouts either, i eat good, i eat healthy, and well don't ever really allow myself to stray too far from that weight, at most i walk around at 153-154 lbs., i find it ridiculous the way that people basically kill themselves to make a weight causing damage for the long run, if they're actually dedicated on fighting at a certain weight well they should try to maintain themselves at that weight all year round, not do a Ricky Hatton and basically boil down to a weight then shoot up to nearly 230 lbs lol, by the way Jonny this isn't a knock on you lol

I am 10 stones so light welter but could make lightweight if I drained myself for the right price.

PS Big H you cheeky git.

    No offense taken, hombre.

I have been working on gaining weight for about 2 years now. I got down to 142 naturally when I hurt my foot beginning of this year. My body started digesting itself from my metabolism. Seriously!

Mr. Ricky Fatton surly is paying for his horrible health ethic. I think he did way more damage ballooning between his fights than being KOed badly twice.

Any hope for a 27 year old starting boxing now?

Cintron boxed for the first time when he was 19. :P anything is possible... Tarver turned pro at 28.. but he had a good amateur background.
