I'm going with Pacquaio for a round 6 KO.
I'm going with Pacquaio for a round 6 KO.
Sr doesn't want Floyd Jr to fight Pac. He thinks pac is on steriods, sounds like someone is scared.

I'm going with Mayweather by UD or possibly late stoppage if Pac gets frustrated and gets sloppy with his shots
nobody's getting stopped in this fight.
i would put my money on mayweather, but pac can win, roach will be the difference in the fight not the fighters
To me it isn't even a question. Mayweather by healthy decision. Pacquiao will have his moments but by the 9th or 10th round, Mayweather will have a good lead in the cards & it'll just be Mayweather pot shotting a chasing Pacquiao.
Pacquiao wins by beating people up. I don't think he'll be able to beat up Mayweather in the way he needs to. Mayweather outboxes his opponents & we've seen Pacquiao outboxed by lesser boxers before.
yeah i would agree but pac has roach, he is undeniably the best trainer out there, look how oscar did against mayweather, that was down to roach, that man nos how too disect an opponent, and he has the perfect pupil in pac to implement that gameplan on maywaether. i would put my money on mayweather yes. cause his style is the best style too beat pac, but with pac, roach can give pac the style too beat mayweather. and pac can carry that gameplan and bring it too fruition cause of his athletic abiltity

As great as Pacquiao looked vs Cotto I just think somehow some way PBF finds a way to win. PBF is smart, he can adjust in the ring, he is solid on defense and is an excellent counterpuncher.
Floyd will figure out that Pacquiao likes to duck and roll and then fire off power punches and PBF will take advantage of that. Fighters seem to fall into a rhythm and Floyd is good at exploiting a fighter's "security blanket"
I'd give to Floyd, I'm a fan of both but Hatton and Cotto fought Pac's fight and Oscar was weight drained. I think Floyd is brilliant at dictating the pace of fights.
Does he, though? Pac wasn't paying attention to Freddie Roach when he stood and took Cotto's shots, resulting in him busting his ear and looking as if he'd been slapped around the face with a bag of bricks. And Mayweather is a different animal. If Manny makes a mistake, or strays from the plan laid out for him by Roach, Floyd will exploit it. Pac would have to fight the perfect fight just to have a chance of beating Mayweather, and I can't see that happening. He's too inclined to go to war, which just doesn't work against Mayweather. If you want to beat him you have to be as methodical as he is and treat the fight like a game of chess - can Pac do that for 12 rounds? I don't see it, though he certainly has the tools [speed, athleticism, power, footwork] to trouble Floyd IF he can stick to a perfect game plan.
I give it to Mayweather.. He's proved to clever against so many different styles. He looks bigger and stronger against bigger and stronger opponents. He is intelligent and can adjust himself during fights. He has as much swagger and confidence in the ring as Pac, which is one of Pac's strengths.
He takes everyone's connect percentage, and effectively divides that by 3. He is also very very hard to land good solid punches on. He is clever in close and smothers a fighters work. He is a master at coming in and out of range.
I believe Pac is so dynamic that he will make this a good fight, and I will be rooting for him. But Mayweather has fought enough times against enough quality opponents to prove himself to me that he is a real handful in the ring against anyone.
I feel I would be sticking my head out a LOT further to predict Pac winning this one than to say Mayweather will...
