I cannot argue with a point deduction, but it should have been for clinching. Perez lost the entire second half and if you lose all the championship rounds, then you haven't got the momentum and gave it away.

That was actually a really bad foul by Perez, fuck him. 10-8 round for Jennings in the 12th should seal it. Perez should lose an extra point for Adam Booth as well. Bad referee? That was a completely warranted deduction.
