A mess how? I thought Chagaev looked bad and it was a crap fight that he just scraped out after Oquendo sort of stopped boxing.. He might be able to get into better form though, and I'd expect him to beat BRowne, who isn't very good.

To bad that Luis Ortiz guy got caught for PED's, he was in this spot I believe and would probably beat either of these guys.

This isn't really the proper wba belt.. After the haye wladimir fight they renamed the belt haye had as the super champion and made this normal wba belt just for a bit of a laugh I guess.
