It was the inactivity that had DLH off rythm and not jabbing and doing thing he normally does. 1 fight in the last 3 years was the deciding factor in that fight. DLH was headhunting and throwing more wild shots than I've ever seen hm throw.
That being said, I give give it to Floyd cause he had a nice game plan and fought great. He certainly didn't run like I expected him to.

Alrighty fellars...I'm finally back to real time.
I'll toss up a little write up of the experience either late tonight or Tuesday due to the fact that I am still recovering.
I do wanna say this...for those of you that thought Oscar won, for Oscar...who says that he thought he won & for Oscar's fans in the arena that tried to will him to win...he didn't!
He blew his wad trying to knock Floyd out & all those flurries don't do shit when they don't add up.
Floyd fought a great fight after he adjusted to Oscar's drive & he took some great shots from Oscar.
Oscar was the one who couldn't cope with what Floyd brought.
Also...there will be a rematch. It was already brewing after the 8th or 9th round.
Never beg a 40 dollar hooker...specially after she's just turned down your mom's credit card!!
I can see the rematch coming too,way too much money to be made for it not to happen, plus i wanna see what happens if Oscar fights on the back foot and makes Floyd do all the running![]()
Did anyone notice a moment when Floyd looked like he damaged his right hand?

Actually I didn't JB. I was going to make a comment on that, I don't think he did. Maybe but I think the main reason for the right hand going away was that Oscar opened up his huard a little bit and the lead right hand was just deflecting off gloves for the most part.
As for Oscar losing the jab, I don't know what it was. He brought it back in the 12th, so I'm sure he was just trying to save himself and it worked because he won that last round. I think the time to bring it back though was in the 10th and 11th when he had a real chance to win on the cards. It's amazing how much trouble a single jab gave Mayweather. I figured him to sidestep it and come in with the left hook all night but that didn't happen. Oscar was right, his jab was fast. And he was fast moving behind it. I figured he needed a double and triple jab to pose any problems but no, the single jab worked. Probably because he was moving forward with it and not staying flatfooted like he did with Mayorga.
I thought Oscar put up a hell of a fight. Even the Floyd haters haven't had an argument for a Floyd loss since the first Castillo fight, so I think it's fair to say Oscar made it closer then anyone else aside from Castillo ever has.
