I thought I posted in this topic already but I guess not can't find it.

Anyways, the fight stays inside or outside, Rocky has a serious shot at winning. If MAB dictates the pace of the fight and mixes up the action from inside to outside and keeps Rocky off balance, he wins the fight. I think it goes the full 12 to.

    It's a goody.

I hate to be...errrrrrrrrrmmmmmm...what's that called when you look forward to the next fight with disdain? That half glass empty shit...

Anywho...whatever...I just don't know that the second one will be as big of a show out as the last one.

I still want Barrera to pull it out.

Why so? I think it will be better because you have to think that Juarez doesn't start til round 8 to start making it a battle.

    Hahahahaha!

I think you gotta beat the champ.
Rocky might have, IMO did, but not enough.

I think that the old senile judges made the right decision, when they changed it from a draw.

Lets see what happens tomorrow night.

Personally, I don't think MAB has enough to fight for, for what he wants right now, at this time of his life.
    Rocky does.

People people, you are forgetting,MAB was getting ready to fight Chavez at 135 then, with not that long a period of time left,Chavez pulled out and MAB had to make 130. This time(I saw from an interview),he has made the weight much easier and feels better.Maybe this could be importnat?I believe he has 1 more war left in him!

Thanks bro! This is the main reason I believe that MAB will win,he looked slightly deflated and I'm sure he was about to make history, fighting Chavez, winning a world title at another weight right? It must have been deflating too,no offense to Juarez.

Looking forward to this one tonight. Just started a new mon-fri job as opposed to my job at the airport doing shifts, this means I wont miss any of the weekend action from now. Brilliant fight to start my new "weekends off" job. Will be on later to share my thoughts on the fight and see what everyone else has to say. Must say this round by round thread helps keep me awake as it gets me off the couch between rounds. Look forward to blethering later with you guys later about a fight that I have no idea who will win it. Could go either way and if its any where near as good as the last fight it will be a belter.

Agreed. It's a tuff one to pick...but I'm still gonna stick to Barrera on the experience factor.

Just had a wee look at the prediction contest leader board......Your prediction doesnt bode well for Barrera!!!!

Actually think you could be right though and I hope he does win as its another one to remember Barrera for as he reaches the end of his career and Juarez still has a huge career ahead of him regardless of what happens tonight.

...as the fights get near, I just can't shake off this feeling something's not right for Barrera tonight (day for us, +8GMT), I don't know what it is, just a hunch... I've made some wrong predictions here, but only for this one, I'd welcome it.

...the heck with the hunch! I'll be cheering for Barrera:
'C'mon Marco, you can do it. Just keep jabbing and move around; don't let him get on the inside and do his stuff, hit him hard and keep him at bay. Attack with stiff jabs and hard straights when you see an opening and then back off immediately. Dance a bit but save your gas for the last. Do what you've done to Hamed and in the end, you'd have accumulated enough points for a convincing victory.'

As for Juarez...better luck next time. You're still young and you have a bright future ahead of you. And maybe when you're an old battle-scarred warrior, who knows, I might be cheering for you here when you fight some young, strong boxers...
Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.
