Ricky Hatton on Breakfast: I have cereal, toast, and a cup of tea. On the day of the fight, i have a ritual of going to the local cafe and having a traditional English breakfast: sausages, eggs, bacon, the lot.

The LOT = The full english - Bacon, Eggs(not for me though) fried or scrambled (most likely fried), Sausages, baked beans, plummed tomatoes, hash browns, fried mushrooms, fried bread and/or toast, and some people also like muffins, in the states you'd call what we call a muffin a biscuit.
Oh don't believe anything you hear, not one normal person on the planet has that as a daily breakfast, more than likely it's eaten at 11:30am -12:30pm after a heavy night out drinking, its the greatest hangover cure on earth.
