Thanks for sitting it out & trying to translate the drunken words of the forum alchoholic.

    Cheers...& and a heartfelt koneecheewah.
Hey...dont you be claiming to be the forum alcohoic...i have police convictions giving my claims more value.....however.... i was expecting a Diaz victory, and despite his win part of me wants to see him r/l and to properly see him destroy a world contender. Granted you won't see me on the bill, but monsieir Diaz will end up fighting a big fight like the fans want him too.
He may well have been talking about you super
I turn up as the forum alcoholic and too right Diaz was far too good for his opponent and the opposition to each of those was too much for thier cameras after it seemed Utd were about to celebrate the title!!!

Frietas should have taken his beating like a man. It was an embarrasment to see him paraded around like he won. But its his legacy that he ruined.

I'm quite surprised that Freitas didn't turn up with some proper bolox for this fight, but i believe that he is beyoind what he is showing here in this fight and his legend is cemented, even if he did drop the fight as he did.

I don’t think so.. Freitas was getting hurt. Sure you would like to see more fire in him the ability to overcome, however its understandable that at 31 years old you might era on the side of caution when you body and mind start getting rattled. . a wife and a baby can changes things in regards to the risk you willing to take. Freitas did what he could and was not having success against Diaz. He was hurt of several occasions in the 5th and then there at the end. Was a good fight he should not be shamed.

Alright so I just got it home from a fam. gathering where I managed to convince everyone to watch the fight had the livingroom packed with beer, food flowing....

We all sat down for I what I told them would be a goof fight (at least was hoping it was or I was gonna look stupid) and it turned out better then what I had told them, they were all really into it....

Good scrap overall and I can't believe Freitas quit again, my fam. started booing.....

The talks quickly converted to May 5th.....

Diaz showed up and I give him credit for this.... well done Baby

It's not cool to see a fighter quit, but I can't hate on freitas here, nor do I think anyone else should. I mean he was taking a shitload of straight clean punches all on the button there towards the end and his punches just seemed slow and didn't seem to have any pop to em after about the 3rd or 4th round. I think if he went out for the 8th round he probably would have just got knocked the fuck out cause he looked certainly close to it there a few times in the 8th, he was just going to take more and more punishment and I don't know if a guy should take more than a round or two of the kind he was getting there in the 8th, good for him to be able to quit and err on the side of caution. I know not many people will agree with this and call him a quiter, but I don't see him as such.

Was wondering what people thought on Diaz vs. Pac?

I personally would rather see Diaz move up in weight and face Hatton I think their styles match up perfect for a good scrap.

Pac vs. Diaz would be a great fight, but Pac should be focused on 130 right now, there are too many good opponents in that division. Marquez, Guzman, Juarez, Soto.
Pac and 130 is similar to Floyd and 147..... tons of interesting opponents and good fights to be made.

    Good points...

What about Diaz vs. Hatton at 140?

Diaz-Hatton would be a great fight too. Diaz' high-activity style is going to make all of his fights interesting. I'm not sure Hatton would fight him though. Diaz wouldn't have a belt, wouldn't be a mandatory, wouldn't bring a big amount of money or a big fanbase.... seems like a high-risk, low-reward fight for Hatton IMO.
