Umm this is tough one to call Mosley is slighty past his peak but he is still very very fast i think his enough speed to beat Cotto but Cotto is good at closing the gap like he did with Judah i really can't split em to be honest.

Yea but once Cotto does close the gap, Mosley can actually fight... Unlike Judah who needs that distance. I think Mosley will pull it out, this is a great matchup.
