Good words mate....Straight from the heart....We were talking about what a hard year it has been for some of us this year in another thread and I was saying...In 2007...My son was in a coma, My Mother passed away, my mother in-law passed away..(As much as I made jokes about her on the forum she was a beautiful person on the inside and always treated me with love even if she was rough around the edges...I will miss her greatly)...and My Aunt who raised me has had more then one open heart surgery.....

I appreciate everything this year no matter how small it is...If I could I would CC you twice

yea life gets tough, the tougher we are the tougher things get for us. Like the gods we have faith in, they too have faith in us to get through the toughest of times. You must be one hell of a character daxx, to get through a year like that. I hope this coming year is good to you, and may many more years follow with good fortune.

I just relooked at that picture,alot of stuff I said about myself is in it,the pitbull(he's a freaking baby dont let his breed fool you,I gotta kick him off the couch soon so I can get some sleep soon) the tattoo's,the skinhead thing(didnt even think about the Doc's tucked by the front door)the size(Alaric is really big for a kid but with 6 even mum and a 6'5" Da,what a shocker there

BTW that plastic over the windows will save you a fortune on winter heating bills

Nice pit I have a pit and 2 Rotts...the pit is a big baby....like having another kid.....he looks mean though.....As for the plastic got it on all my windows...live in an old farm house and without it my heating bill would be sky high..(expensive enough as it is)

I have 21 pit bulls and 1 bull terrier. The bull terrier is the craziest one out of all of them My girlfriend gave all the dogs pig ears and those giant T-Rex bones this morning for Christmas and it is always funny every year listening to them breaking their bones up. Sound like a chorus of meat grinders

Yeah I've had bulldogs since I was young and my 1st choice is always the Pit. I love my Spuds dog cause he's fun, but a little mental. Their are a couple of others, such as the Cane Corso, American Bulldog and Presa Canario that are great dogs and very good with chidren. The Presa and Cane Corso's though are very fierce around anyone not in the family, so it can be difficult when other people are around.

Nowegian Weishunds/Elkhunds(sp) are pretty obediant,but as you say,I stick with my American Pit Bull Terrier
And he sticks by me,like glue usually,we call him the Victorian Wife,because he's allways 3 steps behind me

Legion man,I thought you were kidding about the 21 Pitt's And of course you have em' spayed and neuterd right sound like Bob Barker over here. Those Bull Terriers can be a freakin hand full,Alpha !I told ya about my Mix Terrier named "Ras-I",Hes a trip....He eats coffee.I dont let him but you have to lock it up and stash it or he'll rip it open and Eat every ground Pitts get a bad rap,Its all in how you raise them.

Thats the truth...The same can be said for any dog..pits just got a bum rap because of the fact they are fought so often...and you get the assholes that do shit like feed them gunpowder,,,,they should be shot themselvs for doing such things to the animal...

21..what are you running a rescue shelter?.....a lot of dogs mate...

we had bulldogs as kids my Father loved them...lovable things they are...many people mistake them for being fat and lazy but they are pretty good dogs....

I like dogs and my bulldogs in particular and have never done anything illegal or barbaric; and I'll leave it at that, take it for what it's worth

The dog slipped his lead and chased off a stray cat the other day by mouthing it a couple of times,the cat was so traumatized he was back this morning.
Now my one cat,Id worry if he got out.Before we officially adopted him and he was still living in the woods,he used to leave me bloody squirrel tails on the front porch.
Wich is really not how you want to start your morning,but he meant well
